Job Responsiblities

  1. The social media moderator is a type of content moderator who focuses specifically on social media channels. They screen fake and malicious user profiles and remove spam, scam, and trolling from social media posts and comments. 
  2. Monitoring Social media content
  3. Managing participants in an online communit
  4. Directing online discussions
  5. Removing or reporting objectionable comments from accounts on social media platforms.

Job Requirements

  1. Strong analytical skills for discerning different degrees of content compliance
  2. Detail-oriented approach to reviewing sensitive content
  3. Contextual knowledge and ability to adapt decision-making to different situations and settings 
  4. A flexible approach to the moderation process, depending on emerging formats, trends and technology 
  5. Proficient in English.
  6. Persistent and results-oriented
  7. High school diploma, College or higherHigh school diploma, College or higher
  8. No experience needed

  3. Paid One Week Training. Training will be on how to work with the programs accurately Your training is going to be done online virtually via Zoom video conferencing and Team viewer program
