Customer Service Representative

Job Responsiblities

  1. Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem.
  2. Maintains customer records by updating account information.
  3. Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
  4. Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
  5. Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.

Job Requirements

  1. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word
  2. Typing skill
  3. Excellent communication and listening skill
  4. Proficient in English
  5. Bilingual applicant also appreciated
  6. Persistent and results-oriented
  7. Minimum of high school diploma
  8. No experience needed

Payscale

  1. $22.7/hr.
  2. Maximum 40 hours a week.
  3. Training Pay is $18/hr.
  4. One week training
